Log in with your smart card to the e-service portal of MOI.
Find the “Traffic Service” icon and click on it.
Click on “Requests and Certificates” to proceed.
Click on “Traffic Certificates.”
Select “Driving License Certificate.”
Enter a valid email address.
Pay the fee and receive your certificate within 5 minutes.

Get a Driving Experience Certificate using Metrash2

The Metrash2 Mobile Application is an official app where users can apply for a Driving Experience Certificate. You must have a valid Qatar Residence ID (QID) to use this application. Follow these steps to get the certificate:
